NFL FLAG FOOTBALL - (Fall Sport August thru October)
Youth League is for ages 5-13 years old.

This is a 5v5 league with a 8 man maximum roster. Cost is $30 per player. 10 game season with a tournament at the end.

Adult League is for ages 18-99 years old. (Fall League)

This is a 7v7 league with a 15 man maximum roster.  Cost is $300 per team.  12 game season with a double elimination tournament.

BASKETBALL
Youth League- Ages 5-13 years old. (Winter League)

This is a 5v5 league with a 8 man maximum roster. Cost is $30 per player. 10 games guaranteed plus a tournament at the end of the season.

Signups start in late October. Player evals and drafts are in November. Practices start mid-November.  Games start at the beginning of January.

5-6 Age Group plays on: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

7-8 Age Group plays on: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

9-10 Boys Age Group plays on: Saturday

9-10 Girls Age Group plays on: Saturday

11-13 Boys Age Group plays on: Saturday

11-13 Girls Age Group plays on: Saturday

5-6 and 7-8 age groups play at Van Pelt Elementary.

9-10 and 11-13 age groups play at Virginia Middle School

ADULT BASKETBALL
Ages 18-99 years old (Winter League)

This is a 5v5 league, (Full Court) with a 12 man roster maximum. Cost is $300 per team. 12 games season with a tournament at the end of the season.

Divisions: Rec League and Open League

Sign ups are in November each year. Games start in January of each year.

ADULT SOFTBALL (Spring and Fall)

MEN'S LEAGUE- This is a ASA/USA men's league. There is two divisions: OPEN and REC. Teams are 10 players with a maximum of 20 players on a roster. Cost is $350 per team. There is a 14 game guarantee with a double elimination tournament at the end.

Co-Ed League- This is a ASA/USA league. 7 men and 3 women. This is an OPEN league. Teams are 10 players with a maximum of 20 players on a roster. Cost is $300 per team.There is a 14 game guarantee with a double elimination tournament at the end.
