Ordering is to be done directly from www.knoxbox.com if possible. For those unable to use the Knox website, there are a few order forms available at Fire Station 1 (211 Lee St.).
The website allows you, the customer, to choose the fire department that services your address at https://www.knoxbox.com/store/departmentSearch.cfm. Or, follow the process below when you click buy. The site will ask for the address or the department that serves your location at that point in the process.
Products than can be purchased directly from the site with the correct key code.
To purchase product on the Knox website, click on the red ‘BUY’ button and follow the prompts. You will be able to purchase your product(s) directly from the website on your first visit.
Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Click on BUY button
Step 2: Type in local Emergency Responder servicing the installation location OR enter installation address where product will be installed.
Step 3: Choose the correct Emergency Responder. Otherwise, begin your buying selection process.
Step 4: Choose product, add to cart and confirm installation address.
Step 5: Complete the checkout process.
Knox Box will no longer accept paper ordering forms as of January 1, 2019.
