Early Voting in Person

Skip the crowds.

Early Voting at City Hall is available 45 days prior to all elections, or as soon as possible for special elections, for all registered voters, during normal business hours and the two Saturdays before Election Day.
REMINDER: BRING YOUR ID!
Virginia law requires all voters to provide an acceptable form of ID when voting in person. Voters arriving at the polls without an acceptable form of ID will be required to either sign an ID Confirmation Statement or vote a provisional ballot.

ACCESSIBLE VOTING
Every citizen has the right to vote regardless of whether you are affected by a disability. Bristol, VA is dedicated to providing accessible voting to all registered voters. If you are 65 or older, or have a physical disability, you may vote early or on Election Day without leaving your vehicle. This is called curbside voting. If you would like to use curbside voting, park in the designated area at the precinct.  A sign with instructions on contacting an election officer or a doorbell will be provided.
