Work continues on the Sidewall Odor Mitigation System (SOMS). Clay is being placed on top of the liner along the western sidewall. Where this work is complete, an anchor trench is being excavated for future liner. The landfill gas expansion project work also continues with new lines installed along the northeast quarter of the quarry. Tie-in points along the lines have been installed for well pumps. Drilling for the gas system expansion also continues with seven stainless steel wells installed to date. System optimization is occurring and a flow increase has been established.
