to host Town Hall meeting with the Fire and EMS Study Team
City
of Bristol, VA – There will be a Town Hall Meeting for the residents
of the City of Bristol, Virginia at 7 p.m. on December 4th, 2017. The meeting will be held in City Council
Chambers at City Hall, located at 300 Lee Street.
City
Manager Randall Eads requested that the Virginia Fire Services Board undertake
a study of fire and emergency medical services in the City of Bristol, VA. The
town hall meeting will allow all residents and stakeholders in Bristol to
discuss their concerns on Fire and EMS service delivery with the study team in
an open forum.
The
study will be reviewing several areas of responsibility within the City’s fire
and rescue services in order to maximize opportunities for improvement and
provide overall enhancement of the quality and coordination of EMS and Fire
service delivery to the City’s citizens.
